Global Research Journal of Pharmaceutical and Drug Discovery [GRJPDD]

 Introduction:

In order to give unlimited access to the domains of pharmacy and pharmaceuticals, the Global Publication of Pharmaceuticals is being produced as an international peer-reviewed journal. The way the pharmaceutical sciences respond with appropriate remedies, such as diagnosis, surgical, medicinal, and rehabilitation methods, is crucial to the efficient management of public health challenges.

Hospital and Clinical Pharmacy, Pharma Research & Review, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmaceuticals and Nanotechnology, Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, and Toxicology are all topics covered in the PharmaceuticalJournals of Research and Review International.

Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceuticals replaced Journal of Pharmaceutical Science and Drug Designing as the journal's name. Leading articles, meeting reports, insightful observations, correspondence, and book reviews pertaining to pharmaceutical sciences (Pharmacy, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy Practice), among others, are accepted.

Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutic Global Journal of Pharmaceuticals adheres to the Scholars Open Access Publishing Policies and the Creative Commons Attribution License, allowing readers free access to the works that have been published.

Abstract:

Organizations working on drug discovery are developing the capacity to measure a number of essential "drug-like" characteristics. The structure-property relationship (SPR) data are an addition to the existing SAR data. With the help of this pharmacological profile technique, research teams can more effectively organize and analyze discovery tests, identify potential "show stoppers," reduce property liabilities, and choose the most deserving applicants for advancement. Teams can use a wealth of information from high throughput property assays for physicochemical properties, such as solubility, permeability, lipophilicity, stability, and pKa, as well as in vitro ADME, which measures metabolism, transporters, protein binding, and CYP inhibition, and in vivo PK/exposure.

About this Journal:

Drug Development Research was first published in 1981 and is currently in its fourth decade of existence. The journal's readership includes pharmacologists, pharmacists, toxicologists, medicinal, pharmaceutical, and organic chemists, chemical and molecular biologists, and experts in drug evaluation, approval, and regulation. Its broad scope covers all areas within drug development, from target identification and validation to structure-activity relationship studies, to post-market clinical reports.

pharmaceutical research:

Papers describing cutting-edge research covering the entire spectrum of drug discovery, development, evaluation, and regulatory approval are presented in Pharmaceutical Research, the official journal of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. Papers published here frequently include small medicinal compounds, genetically modified cells, and biotechnology products like genes, peptides, proteins, and vaccines. Preformulation, drug delivery and targeting, formulation design, engineering, and processing, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenomics, molecular biopharmaceutics, drug disposition, and computational biopharmaceutics are some of the areas on which the journal currently places a focus.

Twelve issues of Pharmaceutical Research are released annually.

Pharmaceutical Research: • Covers pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenomics, molecular biopharmaceutics, drug disposition, computational biopharmaceutics, and more. • Presents research across the complete range of drug discovery, development, evaluation, and regulatory approval.

It offers great author service and is an official journal of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. 97% of authors who responded to a survey said they would certainly or probably publish.

• Post something new in the journal.

Readership:

Experts in the examination, approval, and regulation of drugs, including pharmacologists, pharmacists, toxicologists, medicinal, pharmaceutical, and organic chemists, as well as chemical and molecular biologists.

Aims and scope:

Publishing cutting-edge research that is mechanism-based, hypothesis-driven, and tackles important issues in drug discovery, development, and regulation is a priority for Pharmaceutical Research, an official journal of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. The following are some current areas of interest: (pre)formulation engineering and processing

medication delivery and targeting; computational biopharmaceutics;

• Drug disposal and molecular biopharmaceutics (including cellular and molecular pharmacology)

• Pharmacogenetics, pharmacodynamics, and

Nonclinical and clinical studies, as well as in vitro and in vivo methods, may be used in research. It is encouraged to conduct research on small drug molecules, pharmaceutical solid materials (such as biomaterials, polymers, and nanoparticles), biotechnology products (such as genes, peptides, proteins, and vaccines), and genetically modified cells.

Submit Your Case Report: Global Journal of Diabetes Treatment and Prevention

Diabetes is a chronic condition that develops when the pancreas is unable to create insulin or when the body is unable to effectively utilize the insulin that is produced. The hormone insulin, which is produced by the pancreas, functions as a key to allow glucose from food to enter the body's cells where it may be used to make energy. All food containing carbohydrates breaks down into glucose in the body. Insulin facilitates glucose uptake by cells. The majority of the food you consume is converted by your body into sugar (glucose), which is then released into your bloodstream. Your pancreas releases insulin when your blood sugar levels rise. In order for blood sugar to enter your body's cells and be used as energy, insulin functions like a key. Types of Diabetes Type 1 Diabetes It is believed that an autoimmune reaction is what causes type 1 diabetes (the body attacks itself by mistake). Your body's production of insulin is stopped by this reaction. Type 1 diab
